1. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us. And though we try our best to make accommodations with schedule most convenient to you, we reserve the right to refuse deliveries on weekends or timings that are not within selected slots. Deliveries shall be arranged within 7 working days from purchase date. In any case “Working days” is not understood, it meant to be our weekdays as our office is closed on weekends and PH (Public Holiday).
2. We shall notify you if we expect to be later than our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
3. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either collection from our warehouse or the carrier. Alternatively, arranging for re-delivery.
4. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two attempts to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
4.1. Refund or replacement of product is not applicable in such event.
